I’ll admit it—I’m not a big football fan (shocking, I know!). But like so many others, I watched the Super Bowl, and I’m glad I did. In the post-game interview, Nick Sirianni said something that really stuck with me:
“You can’t be great without the greatness of others.”
That couldn’t be more true. We don’t achieve success alone, yet we often convince ourselves that we have to do it all on our own. The reality? For every task you dislike or feel unqualified to handle, there’s someone out there who excels at it.
The key is to find them. It may take time, but stay curious and keep your eyes open—the world is full of incredible people who can help you reach new heights.

Leadership
Today I want to introduce a simple, yet very powerful tool – the Stress Barometer. |

This tool is best used in a team or even 1on1 setting. You can use a scale of 1-5 or 1-10.
Have each team member state their current stress level and the main driver/cause for their stress. Then ask what the individual can do or what they need (from the team) so that the needle moves just one level, e.g. from a 3 to a 4.
This tool is meant to give the people a regular platform to express how they feel and it provides an opportunity for the team to offer support.
If you give it a chance and try it out, I would love to hear how it worked for you!
BrightPath Updates
The past four weeks have been very eventful and busy – in a good way!
Here’s one of the things I am super excited about:
As most of you know, CliftonStrengths is an incredible tool for discovering what makes you thrive. It reveals your natural talents—the things you do instinctively well. But here’s the catch: simply knowing your talents isn’t enough. The true power comes from intentionally developing them into strengths. That’s where coaching comes in.
Working with a coach helps you apply your talents in ways that lead to greater confidence, productivity, and fulfillment. But let’s be honest—coaching can be expensive, especially when you are not in a corporate environment, making it out of reach for many people.
What if there were a way to get the benefits of coaching at a fraction of the cost?
Enter StrengthsIQ.ai

(Note, this is only a temporary logo until we go live – I am just so excited that I had to share it.)
Together with Catalyst Consulting Group, we are creating an AI-driven CliftonStrengths coaching platform: StrengthsIQ.ai — a first-of-its-kind tool designed to guide you through the journey of strengths development.
We’re currently building our online platform and expect to launch a test version in April. If you’re curious and want to be part of our first group of testers, send me an email, and I’ll add you to the list! I’d love for you to be among the first to experience this new way to unlock your strengths and lead with confidence. |
Apart from being drawn into StrengthsIQ.ai, I also had the pleasure of supporting my mentor Lisa Ames during a CliftonStrengths introduction workshop at redi-Group. It was great to meet part of the team and see how they are already implementing a strengths-based culture. You could tell by the atmosphere in the room that people felt extremely comfortable and were genuinely curious to join the rest of the management team on their strengths-journey. |
Self-Reflection
This time, instead of self-reflection, let’s focus on mindfulness and intentionality as we navigate the week ahead.
- What will you do more of on purpose?
- What will you make time for?
- What will you offer to someone else?
Taking a few moments for self-reflection helps make us aware of our impact and provides an opportunity to appreciate our growth.
Give it a shot, try it out.
Even consider writing down your responses. Going back through those notes can really lift you up when you have a bad day or help when you are facing self-doubts.
I would love to hear your feedback on this news-note or if you have specific topics you would like to see in here.
…and if it’s been a while since we last connected, let’s grab a (virtual) coffee and catch up.
If this was forwarded to you and you liked it, don’t miss the next one—subscribe here!
And always remember, even the smallest steps get us closer to our goal – but you have to take the first step!
Stay Bright!
