We use Gallup’s CliftonStrengths to help individuals and teams identify what they naturally do best and how to leverage it for real results. Our coaching is grounded in the proprietary SIT Framework (Self, Individual, Team), moving people from self-awareness to high performance.
On the data side, we bring 15+ years of engineering and project management experience to help companies clean up their processes, build smarter systems, and make better decisions with their data.
What makes us different?
We entered the professional consulting industry knowing the field was saturated.
Here is how we stand on our own two legs: We started in the data-driven engineering world where we learned the science behind project management. But, all along the way, we paired the art of humanity in the process, recognizing that human resources efforts needed to use both heart and science to develop future leaders.
The result is a data-forward approach (using CliftonStrengths as our benchmark), the application of our proprietary SIT (Self, Individual, Team) Framework, and an unrelenting focus automation and data flow.
