In addition to our human resource-focused services, BrightPath is also a process improver. Our leader’s years of experience in project management, engineering, and quality management make us uniquely qualified to help solve your company’s complex problems. What makes us different?

We entered the professional consulting industry knowing the field was saturated.

 

Here is how we stand on our own two legs: We started in the data-driven engineering world where we learned the science behind project management. But, all along the way, we paired the art of humanity in the process, recognizing that human resources efforts needed to use both heart and science to develop future leaders. 

 

The result is a data-forward approach (using CliftonStrengths as our benchmark), the application of our proprietary SIT (Self, Individual, Team) Framework, and a unique focus on the power of onboarding.  

 

Our mission is to cultivate management and leadership skills, ensuring all team members perform optimally while creating an environment that allows everyone to succeed.

Our Founder: A Global Perspective

We were founded by Jakob Schweiger, a German-born leader who devoted his education to industrial engineering–which led to project management internships within the field. (You can read more about Jakob’s journey to Greenville here.)

Jakob’s career has held a common theme of complex problem-solving, process improvement, project management, and people management. He uniquely understands how teams are integral to a company’s overall operation–and how to build them up to perform at their highest level. 

 

Jakob is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and uses the talent assessment tool to help clients discover their unique talents–to build on their potential and achieve personal and professional success. (Learn more about why we chose CliftonStrengths as our assessment tool).
