Founded by Jakob Schweiger, a German-born industrial engineer with 15+ years of experience in project management, HR leadership, and data architecture, BrightPath sits at the intersection of people development and operational excellence.
Our Philosophy
Strong organizations don’t choose between great people and great systems. They build both. We use Gallup’s CliftonStrengths as the foundation for our coaching work and apply the same data-driven discipline to how we design and build operational systems for our clients.
