Jakob Schweiger brings a unique blend of technical expertise and human-centered leadership to BrightPath Consulting. With a degree in industrial engineering from Munich University of Applied Sciences, Jakob has spent over a decade honing his skills in project management, process optimization, and human resources.
Jakob’s path to founding BrightPath is as diverse as his skill set. From internships in Munich and South Carolina (he’s fluent in German and English) to becoming the Chief Human Resources Officer at [bu:st], Jakob’s career has been defined by adaptability, resilience, and a passion for bringing out the best in people and processes.
After experiencing the challenges of being a first-time manager and navigating complex corporate environments, Jakob recognized a critical gap in leadership development and employee onboarding. This realization, coupled with his expertise in sustainable quality management and proactive communication, led to the birth of BrightPath Consulting.
