At BrightPath Consulting, we use Gallup’s CliftonStrengths assessment tool as our guidepost for leadership development. CliftonStrengths discovers each person’s unique talents, enabling them to build on their potential and achieve personal and professional success.

Everybody has talents but not everybody is aware of them. When you know your talents and can consciously apply them, you feel empowered to succeed by doing what you naturally do best.

How does it work?
The CliftonStrengths assessment is not just another personality test that puts you in a box, it’s a tool that uncovers and helps you develop your unique and innate abilities.

You’ll respond to a series of paired statements, tapping into your instinctive reactions. This process reveals your unique combination of 34 talent themes—think Achiever, Strategic, or Empathy. The result is a personalized roadmap of your top talents, showing where you naturally excel.

Through our coaching program, BrightPath uses your CliftonStrengths insights to help you develop these talents into true strengths.
